ACCEL Auditors & Business Advisors Ltd was established in 2018 and is based in the heart of Nicosia, Cyprus. The firm offers a broad range of professional services including audit and assurance, accounting and financial reporting, tax compliance and advisory as well as business consulting to both local and international clients.

Our team
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Giannis Elia is the Founder of ACCEL Auditors & Business Advisors Ltd, also holding the position of the Managing Director. Giannis holds a BSc in Business Administration from the University of Cyprus and is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales (ICAEW) and the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC). He commenced his professional career with Deloitte Ltd and has worked for the company for more than 10 years as a Senior Manager in the Audit and Assurance Department. During his employment with Deloitte Ltd, he managed to obtain extensive experience in the field of Audit & Assurance for both private local and international Groups of companies and local public listed Groups of companies and developed significant tax knowledge throughout his involvement with the Corporate Tax and VAT Department. He has also worked for special projects in the Arab Gulf. He is characterized with integrity, professionalism and commitment which are the key characteristics that secure high quality and value-added services to the clients.

ASSISTANT MANAGER
Theodoros Parapanos holds a BA (hons) in Accounting and Finance of University of West London, is a member of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA) and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC) with more than 5 years of experience in the accounting and audit field. Joining ACCEL Auditors & Business Advisors Ltd in November 2021, Theodoros is involved in the planning and execution of audit engagements for both local and international companies across various industries such as trading, investment, retail, and financial services. He is also the anti-money laundering officer of the Company where he is responsible for ensuring the firm’s compliance with KYC and AML procedures. Currently, Theodoros along with his team is managing a significant portfolio of clients providing services at the highest standard of excellence. He is characterized with dignity, professionalism and integrity.
